EXCHANGES

If you need a different size or prefer to exchange your garment for another product, you can easily do so at this link:

• ✅ FREE in Spain (In Europe, the exchange cost is €5 and in the rest of the world it is €10)
  

• ⏰ 60 days  to process it
  

RETURNS

If you prefer to make a return, you can easily do so at this link:

• ⏰ You have 60 days (15 days for refund, 60 days for voucher)

• To reduce the impact of national and international transport emissions, returns have a fixed cost that is directly deducted from the refund:
  • €5 Spain
  • €10 Europe
  • €15 rest of the world

• Panties and boxers cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons.
• In “Adopt a Garment” exchanges and returns can only be made through a voucher with no expiration date.
